Began the electric bass from the age of 14. As a teenager, he got into Hard Rock and Heavy Metal, and besides that started composing as a hobby. In 2001 he entered the Computer Music Department of the Nihon Kogakuin School in Hachioji. He studied music theory and DAW. After graduating in 2003, he studied with fretless bassist Tetsumi Nagai. After that he started a career as a bass player, and he is active in a wide range of styles like progressive rock, fusion, pop etc.
