Consequently, though our hiring standards are exceptionally high, we are looking for new members to join our team.

Full-time Employment

Whether you are a composer or a sound designer, we actively offer full-time employment if you desire. While various employment models exist in our industry, the reality is that many current contracts are highly disadvantageous to creators. For composers in particular, the sheer diversity of musical genres means individual strengths and weaknesses are highly pronounced. Because of this professional nature, providing a stable, fixed salary through full-time employment requires an exceptionally high level of organizational management on the company's part. However, by streamlining knowledge sharing, teamwork, and the division of roles, INSPION has successfully built a system that supports full-time employment for creators. Currently, almost all of our creators are full-time staff.

Strict Confidentiality

We understand that career transitions can involve highly sensitive matters. All inquiries and communications received by our company are managed under a strict information security system, and your data will never be shared with anyone outside the designated personnel.

The Best Working Environment

We do not impose a budget on development equipment. On the condition that it pursues ultimate quality and avoids waste, we will procure any development equipment our creators request. While certain gear may be subject to constraints depending on team collaboration and project requirements, you are entirely free to choose between Windows and Mac. The company fully covers all expenses for attending seminars, obtaining certifications, and purchasing experimental sound gear. Networking and entertainment expenses deemed beneficial to the company are also covered by the firm, regardless of your position. At our production atelier, drinks are provided free of charge (with water dispensers fully available), and the company fully subsidizes the cost of company-sponsored dinners and events. We invest without compromise in our production ateliers, recording studios, and equipment—ensuring there are absolutely no obstacles to hold you back in your pursuit of quality.

Because everyone at INSPION fully fulfills both their "responsibility to question" and "accountability to explain" when involved in a project, the entire team naturally unites as one to tackle any corporate challenge. By collectively upholding these two responsibilities, the concept of "shifting blame" simply does not exist at INSPION. COMPOSER

Position	Composer / Arranger
Location	Flexible Location
Responsibilities	Composition and production of music, focusing primarily on games, anime, and arcade games.
Requirements	The following are mandatory requirements for all applicants: At least 5 years of professional experience at a developer or production company. Possess technical skills in recording, mixing, and other audio production fields, with the ability to independently handle the entire music production workflow. The following are mandatory requirements if you wish to be considered for full-time employment: The ability to deliver high-quality work across all musical genres. Proficient guitar performance skills (at a level that can be edited and integrated into final tracks). Your demo reel must include both vocal tracks and instrumentals, and must contain at least one track with an orchestral approach and one with a rock approach. Additionally, your own guitar performance must be included, along with documentation indicating which parts you performed.
Notes	This is a high-level recruitment search to find talent that meets INSPION's rigorous music quality standards. Our evaluation process follows strict criteria; we require not only exceptional composition ability but also the capacity to take full ownership of the entire music production process. Please ensure that all submitted demo tracks are mixed by yourself. *Please specify your preferred contract type (Full-time Employment or Partnership Agreement) when applying.

SOUND DESIGNER

Position	Sound Designer
Location	Hatogaya, Kawaguchi City, Saitama Prefecture
Responsibilities	Audio post-production (MA), sound effects (SFX) production, and audio integration, focusing primarily on games, anime, and arcade games.
Requirements	Preference will be given to applicants with the following professional experience: At least 5 years of professional experience at a game developer or production company. Experience in audio post-production (MA) and sound effects creation for amusement facilities, console/PC games, and arcade games. Direction of overall audio production, as well as outsourcing and contractor management. Experience with game audio implementation. Other audio production skills, including recording, mixing, and script creation. Ability to clearly specify your exact contributions and roles in the submitted demo reel.
Notes	In addition to the experienced roles above, we are also accepting applications from recent graduates.

VOCALIST

Position	Vocalist
Location	Various recording studios across Tokyo Studios owned by the IZENE Group
Responsibilities	Vocal performances for music tracks produced by INSPION Appearances at various music events hosted by the IZENE Group
Requirements	Preference will be given to applicants with the following experience: Possess a home recording setup Ability to write lyrics
Notes	Full-time employment is available exclusively for candidates who can concurrently handle administrative or desk duties.

Once your application is submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

A portfolio review is a mandatory part of the application process. Please submit your past work along with a descriptive document detailing the "project overview" and "your specific roles/contributions."

Depending on the position, you may also be asked to complete a practical assignment or an aptitude test in addition to the portfolio review.

Candidates who pass the document and portfolio screening will be invited to an interview.
